Non-Refundable Items

Free Bibles and Study Materials: All Bibles, Bible study materials, and other books offered for free by Bible Senders are non-refundable. As these items are provided at no cost, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Third-Party Purchases: Any Bible Sender-authorized items purchased through third-party platforms, such as Amazon, are subject to the refund and return policies of the respective third-party vendor. Bible Senders is not responsible for handling disputes, returns, or refunds for items purchased through third parties. Please contact the third-party vendor directly for assistance.
All Sales Are Final
All sales of Bible Senders-branded merchandise, including but not limited to logo cups, t-shirts, and other items purchased directly from Bible Senders, are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where a refund is deemed necessary at our discretion.
Exceptions for Refunds
In the rare event that a refund is deemed necessary by Bible Senders (e.g., due to a defective item or an error on our part):

Timeframe for Returns: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Restocking Fee: For items such as logo cups and t-shirts, a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price may be applied to cover handling and processing costs.

We will not cover the cost of return shipping.

Processing Time: If a refund is approved, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
